Kevin David Lehmann (born June 15, 1974) is an American actor and producer who have appeared in films including The Fast and the Furious franchise, Transformers, and X-Men Origins: Wolverine. He is best known for his role as Agent Phil Coulson in Marvel Studios’ superhero film series based on the Marvel Comics characters.
He was born in New York City and raised in Los Angeles, California. His father, Kevin Lehmann, is a former professional tennis player. His mother, Nancy, is a former actress. Lehmann attended Beverly Hills High School. He began acting at age 12 after being discovered while performing in a school play. At age 13 he landed his first television role as a regular cast member on the short lived sitcom, The Brothers Garcia. In 1992, he played the lead role of Billy Ray Valentine in the Disney Channel original movie, A Kid like Jake. He then starred in the 1995 comedy film, Little Giants, playing the role of Jimmy.

On September 6, 2015, Lehmann announced via Twitter that he would be leaving Saturday Night Live following the season premiere of the show’s 40th anniversary special.
